Changes to Our Pricing Model

Important Update (Mar 27, 2025): 

Effective May 1, 2025, we will be updating our pricing model. These changes have been guided by valuable feedback from our members and approved by the EPIQ Education Program Steering Committee to support the growth and enhancement of our services.

Updated Pricing Model

  • Individual License: $75 + applicable taxes

  • Bulk License for 50 Participants: $3650 + applicable taxes

  • Bulk License for 100 Participants: $7300 + applicable taxes

  • Group Trainee (Canadian Academic Undergraduate and Graduate Programs): $500/workshop for 25 trainees/students

  • CNF Hosted Virtual Workshop: $375 + applicable taxes per participant (limited to 12–16 participants)

Note: Workshops registered prior to May 1, 2025, will be charged at the previous rates.

Why the Change?

This adjustment reflects rising costs due to inflation and supports our cost recovery model. It enables us to continue delivering high-quality services, including:

  • Maintaining our web portal and administrative processes

  • Developing new educational materials

  • Covering accreditation costs

  • Supporting essential resources

These enhancements are vital for sustaining the quality and accessibility of our services for participants, facilitators, and member organizations alike.

We are confident that these changes will ensure sustainability, enable continuous improvement, and position us to better meet the needs of our community.
