October 30th, 2025: Expiry Notice for Legacy Bulk Licenses – March 1, 2026
Organizations holding bulk licenses purchased under the former University of Alberta administration must use them before March 1, 2026. After this date, any unused licenses will expire and cannot be transferred to the CNF-led system. This deadline ensures administrative transparency, financial integrity, and program sustainability as part of EPIQ’s transition and updated pricing model under the Canadian Neonatal Foundation.
March 27, 2025: Changes to Our Pricing Model
Starting May 1, 2025, EPIQ will implement an updated pricing model to support the continued growth and quality of our programs. These changes, approved by the EPIQ Education Program Steering Committee, reflect rising operational costs and ensure the sustainability of our educational services. The new rates apply to individual, bulk, trainee, and virtual workshop licenses, while registrations completed before May 1, 2025 will remain at current pricing.
